The original design of Roesch sports brake discs consists in the extra-long curved grooves cut into the entire braking surface, which provide effective "turbine" ventilation to facilitate the dissipation of heat and to eliminate the fading gas and dust generated by the braking action. In addition, the innovative design of Roesch sportdiscs helps to keep the brake pads clean and efficient, therefore assuring rapid braking action, greater sensitivity and uniform performance even at high temperatures.

The immediate benefit of this special shape is its excellent ability to dissipate heat.

Drilling of the ventilation holes in the discs is a process that presents considerable difficulties.
In ventilated models, the holes are drilled in perfect alignment with the air channels, and are positioned at precise intervals and at a precise distance from the edge of the disc.
This process gives the structure of the brake disc absolute stability, and eliminates every risk of deformation or breakage.
